Key Responsibilities- Manage the interview scheduling process, including coordinating with candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth and timely appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external candidates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the pre-employment process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Process candidate expenses, reconciling and routing for approval as needed.
- Support recruiters by escorting candidates, conducting campus tours, and gathering and verifying job information.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing recruiting processes and improving the candidate experience.
- 3 years of related experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 years of experience interfacing with all levels of the organization, including executives and external candidates.
- 3 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook email and calendar.
- 3 years of experience working in a high-volume environment with highly confidential information.
