Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Equipment Technician to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of documented experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and diesel engines.

Qualifications:
While technical school degrees, ASE certifications, or OEM certifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Preference will be given to those with experience in servicing concrete pumps or similar construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on concrete pumps and associated vehicles.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical problems.
- Repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Perform test drives of vehicles before and after repairs, if properly licensed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain precise records.
- Operate computerized equipment and utilize tools such as welding torches, pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic jacks, and precision gauges.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in heavy equipment and diesel engine maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preliminary coursework in computers, mathematics, electronics, and automotive repair is beneficial.
- Experience in chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in diesel engine maintenance and aftertreatment systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical component maintenance and repair.
- Some experience in welding and fabrication is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, licenses, and permits.
- Ability to work in challenging weather and environmental conditions.
- Capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must possess personal tools.
- This is a full-time position with potential overtime after a 40-hour workweek, including occasional weekend and evening hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
