Job Description
TLC NURSING SERVICES is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our occupational therapy team in helping patients regain and enhance their functional independence. As a member of our team, you will work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients. Your primary responsibilities will include therapeutic support, patient education, progress monitoring, adaptation assistance, record maintenance, and patient comfort and safety.

Requirements
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a related field from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of patience, empathy, and attention to detail

Estimated Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
