Key Responsibilities:- Lead and train a team of 20-30 employees to deliver exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and culture.
- Work alongside your team to complete the full scope of duties expected of the operations staff.
- Recruit and onboard new talent by conducting phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Oversee all functions of the club, including front desk operations, Kids Club, and Smoothie Bar, if applicable.
- Collaborate with the District Leadership Team in all aspects of club operations.
- Manage member concerns and guide the team in difficult situations by determining the proper course of action and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain productive cross-departmental communication and understanding of fitness operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
- Act as an extension of the Human Resources department.
- Meet club metrics for operational excellence, including labor management, minimizing turnover, enhancing sales, facilities management, and quality assurance.
- Develop direct reports through one-on-one conversations, performance reviews, and coaching documentation.
- Oversee timely completion of inventory orders and secure accurate inventory counts.
- Promptly address and resolve emergent issues to ensure continuous club operations.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as reporting, email management, and effective scheduling.
- Prepare and facilitate monthly team meetings in collaboration with club department leaders and assistant manager(s).
