Competitive base salary starting at $51,000/year and above, with annual performance-based merit increases. *The pay range for this position starts as listed, but actual compensation may be higher based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Our Assistant Store Management team is accountable for:
- Driving a successful, multi-million-dollar operation: enhance sales by utilizing your business insight, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities; uphold an attractive store environment; ensure cleanliness, quality, and precise merchandising and signage
- Cultivating talent and leading a team: engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills to achieve success, both individually and as part of the Blain's family

Motivating Others:

act as a dynamic brand ambassador committed to driving and achieving results through collaboration; promote the company strategy through effective communication and exemplifying the core values of the organization; keep associates informed of company updates, celebrations, changes, etc.

- Ensuring community engagement and brand visibility: collaborate with local organizations to foster strong awareness of our brand and values

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proven ability to train, delegate, and inspire top talent to succeed
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
