Senior Mortgage Loan Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at Lennar Homes. This role is responsible for processing and closing loan applications from initial setup through funding, ensuring all conditions and requirements of underwriting and investors have been met.
Key Responsibilities- Process and close loan applications in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with customers, borrowers, escrow/title, sales agents, and loan officers to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Review and analyze collected documents from borrowers and compare them to underwriting requirements to fulfill conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan status within our processing software system.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of different loan programs, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a mortgage loan processor.
- Strong knowledge of closing and title requirements.
- Familiarity with Encompass experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in handling confidential information.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.85-$30.29, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors. In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits outlined below:
