Regional Sales Manager - K-12 Education
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our K-12 Education sales team in the Central region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of Account Executives, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales performance
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the education sector
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales or a similar role
- Deep understanding of the K-12 Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, and market trends
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to build and lead inclusive teams and attract and retain talent
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple's values
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
