The technician will collaborate closely with the Level 3 support team to address intricate technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

· Address incoming service requests and provide on-site assistance to users.

· Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, software applications, hardware, Outlook, Office 365, and various other tools.

· Offer support within a Windows corporate network environment, including management of Active Directory.

· Assist with mobile devices, multimedia systems, multi-function printers, and collaborative platforms.

· Help manage hardware inventory effectively.

· Work alongside the Level 3 team on server room activities under supervision.

· Ensure a high level of user satisfaction through prompt and effective problem resolution.

Essential Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in a corporate network setting providing user support.

· Comprehensive technical knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win 8/10/11), including imaging, troubleshooting hardware and software, and resolving network/printer connectivity issues.

· Proficient in Active Directory, MS Intune, and standard corporate applications (VPN, AV, Office 365).

· Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing platform is advantageous.

· Basic understanding of mobile devices, meeting room technology, multi-function printers, and telephony support.

· Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

· Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation: $55,000 – $57,000 Annually

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation Package: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
