Construction Manager

Howard CDM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and evaluation of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and direct field personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and state contractor's license laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and BlueBeam, with experience in commercial construction activities and business management.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid California Driver's License required.
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
