Job Title: Lead Account Manager

Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships in the water process industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand and maintain customer accounts
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customer sites, providing technical service and support to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Drive growth by creating and selling customer value propositions that leverage our competitive advantage and broad product portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer support and optimize our solutions offering
  • Develop and implement plans to meet sales targets, including revenue, account retention, and profitability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales in the water process industry or relevant field
  • Ability to travel within territory and reside in assigned region or customer proximity requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time and budget or expense parameters
