Job Overview

Position: Contractor Sales Representative/Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clientele.
- Accurately estimate building materials based on provided blueprints.
- Deliver proposals to clients effectively.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives and targets.
- Enter sales and purchase orders into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of products related to framing, roofing materials, siding, windows, interior millwork, and other construction supplies. However, we are open to training and mentoring the right individual, even if they lack this specific expertise.

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and motivated to meet targets.

This role offers a competitive salary plus commission, with many of our sales professionals earning over $100,000 annually. Compensation: $55,000 - $110,000.00 per year
