Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all activities related to a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Team Management: Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of Foreman and/or more than one crew.
  • Safety Management: Enforce company safety policy to develop a culture of safety, plan for safety, and train workers on safety.
  • Client Management: Work with clients to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
  • Material Management: Plan for and order necessary materials or equipment to maintain crew productivity.
  • Quality Control: Thoroughly inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Document any change order requests from clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this job include being able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead for extended periods of time. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in all elements - heat, cold, rain, or snow - depending on the job location and time of year.
