Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental illness.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
  • Perform basic medical treatments per medical practitioner orders.
  • Provide health information to individual patients and their families.
  • Observe patients and complete focused assessments to identify potential health concerns.
  • Provide report to Registered Nurses to ensure continuity of care and follow-up on patient well-being.
Requirements:
  • Possess or be eligible for licensure as a Practical Nurse in Minnesota.
  • Future Practical Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-LPN are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting is preferred.
