Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • 1-4 years of experience in tax preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax legislation and policies
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPA certification is advantageous, though not mandatory
