About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in support of a new long-term project. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing secure, reliable, and resilient software applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within an Agile SDLC framework, performing work activity within two- to three-week sprints, participating in daily scrums, and utilizing sprint tracking software to track and communicate individual work activity to stakeholders.
  • Develop secure and reliable software applications and services, whether refactoring or re-hosting existing applications or developing new applications at the Government's request.
  • Assist in designing and developing System Architectures and secure, reliable, and resilient software applications/services.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen.
  • Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a common access card (CAC).
  • Candidate must possess an active Security+ certification or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
  • Candidate must possess 10+ years' experience with system/software design and development, Git and version control management, and fluency in Unix Shell Scripting, GNU Make, PowerShell, SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Jenkins DSL, JSON, YAML, HCL, and GO.
  • Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and Artifactory.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working within the Agile SDLC Framework.
  • Experience leading and managing a dispersed, remote team.
  • Experience with US Air Force IT Projects.
