Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, mechanics, and clean-up personnel to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  • Oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance planners, purchasing, and vendors for equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
  • Review and maintain check sheets and preventive maintenance (PM) records, addressing action items promptly.
  • Monitor production equipment uptime and efficiency, collaborating with other supervisors to drive improvements.
