Medical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top healthcare facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Job Summary
The Medical Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for providing expert rehabilitation services to patients who require physical therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. A minimum of one year's experience is required, as well as a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and develop a treatment plan accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises and interventions, under the direction of a physician.
- Document and record patient progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
About the Position
This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary, which includes an estimated weekly pay of $2,600 - $3,100, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide private housing or a housing allowance, full coverage of credentialing fees, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, and unlimited referral bonuses.
