Job Summary

This Physical Therapist role is a combination of land and aquatic physical therapy, located within a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center in St. Matthews. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients' comprehensive health care needs and implement an appropriate plan, providing skilled physical therapy procedures and instructing patients and their families in the plan of care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic
  • Implement an appropriate plan of care
  • Provide skilled physical therapy procedures and assessments
  • Instruct patients and their families in the plan of care
Requirements
  • Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
