- Develop and implement strategies to increase factory orders based on production demands.
- Review and verify reported production, making adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in changeovers and setups, and train associates on duties and responsibilities.
- Lead daily team meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce company and plant procedures and policies.
- Inspect products using precision measuring tools and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
- Working knowledge of hand tools and print reading.
- Ability to work overtime to support production goals.
- Safety and quality conscious attitude, with experience in a team environment.
- Leadership experience preferred.
