Aaron's is a leading retailer offering affordable payment options, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing showroom operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:This is a dynamic role that requires a versatile professional who can form strong relationships, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Generating leads, closing agreements, and processing renewal payments to meet sales targets
- Maintaining showroom floors to ensure a positive customer experience
This role offers opportunities to progress to leadership positions such as Customer Accounts Manager or General Manager, with a clear career path for those who excel in their roles.
The Requirements:We are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong leadership abilities to set sales goals and drive new business through strategic marketing
- Excellent communication skills to build lasting customer and vendor relationships
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the General Manager with operational tasks and supporting deliveries when needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and maintain a positive reputation
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- Hold a High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Have two years of college or previous management experience preferred
- Hold a valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Be flexible with a schedule between 8 am to 9 pm
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance and 300 lbs with a dolly (training provided)
