Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business transformation strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop business cases
- Manage and deliver large-scale transformation projects with significant business value outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, functional experts, and project sponsors
- At least 3 to 6 years of experience in a major management consulting firm or equivalent experience in a large financial services company
- Prior experience leading and managing workstreams and small project teams in structuring, coordination, and management of activities of multiple analysts in creation of project artifacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Mastery in the use of PowerPoint for development of project presentations and deliverables
- Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry
