**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee all aspects of operating a unit within our center, from supervising nursing staff to monitoring patient care.
  • Actively engage in clinical development of staff under areas of responsibility.
  • Identify patient and family needs for education and provide needed information.

**Requirements**

* RN with extensive clinical experience in long-term care preferred

* Prior administrative experience a plus

* Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and the ability to take leadership of any situation
