Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $15.00
  • Weekly pay with a variety of benefit options.
Available Shifts:
  • 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Facility Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your duties will include:
  • Adhering to a cleaning schedule that encompasses floors, windows, furniture, and restrooms.
  • Following local regulations for waste disposal.
  • Assisting in the management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Rearranging furniture or equipment as directed.
  • Helping to prepare facilities for special events.
  • Assisting with the opening and closing of the building each day.
  • Ensuring the security of the facilities by following established procedures.
  • Inspecting equipment for safety and reporting any issues.
  • Adhering to safety protocols while performing job duties.
  • Reporting any unresolvable issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Education or training sufficient to read, write, and follow instructions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate cleaning and safety instructions.
  • Familiarity with basic repair techniques.
  • Capability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy objects.
  • Proficiency in handling cleaning supplies safely.
  • Physical stamina for frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress.
