Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer - RF Systems

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to creating innovative technologies that help people be their best in the moments that matter. As a Senior Electrical Engineer - RF Systems, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing world-class mission-critical communications equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and innovate circuit designs for RF, analog, power circuits, interface logic, sensors, and other peripherals in deep submicron IC nodes.
  • Perform RF system design calculations for both receivers (Noise Figure, IM, etc.) and transmitters (Multiple PA technologies and modes of operation, harmonic suppression, etc).
  • Solid experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit block modeling, design, and verification using Cadence or equivalent CAD tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4+ years of Mixed Signal IC design experience
  • Mixed signal analog & RF circuits design experience
