Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and upgrading radio networks for our government and public safety customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement radio networks, including infrastructure, subscribers, and mobile backhaul
* Lead customer presentations and provide technical guidance to customers
* Conduct system staging and testing to ensure smooth upgrades
* Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or Networking
* 3+ years of experience in engineering or wireless communications
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of radio network design and implementation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
