We are looking for a courteous and professional Guest Services Representative to become a part of our team at Lexima. The Guest Services Representative will be tasked with overseeing reservations, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or requests that guests may have throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and demonstrate efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations and manage guest check-in and check-out processes utilizing a computerized system.
- Address guest inquiries, including arranging tours or making dining reservations.
- Facilitate check-in and check-out activities, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
- Respond to phone calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
