At Smitten Ice Cream, we pride ourselves on being true creators, crafting everything from our unique flavors to our innovative ice cream machines. We are dedicated to elevating the ice cream experience and challenging the ordinary.

Our approach involves reinventing how ice cream is enjoyed by preparing each scoop fresh to order, utilizing the finest ingredients and our exclusive liquid nitrogen technology. From our founders' early ventures in San Francisco to our expanding family of scoop shops, we have consistently pushed the boundaries of what ice cream can be.

About You

We seek dedicated, friendly, and humble individuals who can authentically represent the Smitten brand in every guest interaction. We refer to our team members as Brrristas, as they expertly operate our unique Brrr machines to create each scoop of ice cream on demand. You are the ideal Brrrista if you meet the following criteria:

Brrrista Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the Smitten brand in all guest interactions.
• Prepare each ice cream from scratch using our proprietary technology, ensuring every guest receives the perfect scoop.
• Greet guests as they enter our shop, making their experience memorable, meaningful, and joyful.
• Maintain the highest standards of product quality for yourself and your teammates.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude in problem-solving, readily seeking the best solutions.
• Collaborate with Shift Leads and the General Manager to ensure seamless in-shop operations.

Brrrista Requirements

• Availability to work various shifts throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours at a time.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
