We are revolutionizing how ice cream is enjoyed by preparing each scoop to order, utilizing the finest ingredients and our exclusive liquid nitrogen technology. From our humble beginnings in San Francisco to our expanding network of scoop shops, we have consistently pushed the boundaries of what ice cream can be.

**About You**

We seek dedicated, friendly, and modest individuals who can authentically represent the Smitten brand in every guest interaction. We refer to our team members as Brrristas, as they expertly operate our unique Brrr machines to create each scoop of ice cream fresh for our customers. You are the ideal Brrrista if you can fulfill the following responsibilities:

**Brrrista Responsibilities**

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the Smitten brand during all guest interactions.
  • Prepare each ice cream from scratch using our innovative technology, ensuring every guest receives the perfect scoop.
  • Greet guests upon entry and create a memorable, joyful experience for them.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, actively seeking the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with Shift Leads and the General Manager to ensure seamless shop operations.

**Brrrista Requirements**

  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
