About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Leadership Role professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and utility attendants, ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain facilities.

Job Description: As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our supply chain facilities. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, manage the team's workload, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and utility attendants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures.
  • Experience with multi-contractor management.
  • Self-motivated and customer-centric.

Salary: $69,000 - $124,200 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
