Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the healthcare provider team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, including case management, nursing staff, and medical providers.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
  • Promote evidence-based practice, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in behavioral health care.
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or similar advanced practice role; DEA licensure also required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting; experience working with underserved populations a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program development, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Estimated salary based on location and other factors is $135,000 annually.
