- Address service inquiries and incidents reported by clients through various communication channels.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all information in the ticketing system, managing assigned tickets to resolution within established service level agreements.
- Conduct onsite desktop installations for clients.
- Collaborate with IT Asset Disposal to retire outdated equipment, ensuring compliance with disposal guidelines.
- Set up and deploy computing devices including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT assets, including their maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Provide users with training and support on the effective use and maintenance of IT assets.
- A minimum of five years of experience in desktop setup support.
- Proficient in setting up and deploying Windows-based laptops, printers, and desktop equipment.
- Familiarity with workflow management systems such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Ivanti, or BMC Helix.
