Job Title: Health Educator

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Health Educator to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. As a Health Educator, you will play a vital role in promoting health education and wellness programs to our patients and community members.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of health education principles and practices. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing health education programs, as well as working with diverse populations. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Provide one-on-one health education and counseling to patients and community members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate health education into patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to promote health education and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

  • BA or MA degree in health education, public health, or a related field.
  • Experience in health education, patient counseling, and community outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
