School Clinician Grant Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school administrators to provide therapeutic and clinical services embedded within Chelsea Public schools.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial behavioral health assessments for students on caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with students, parents, and guardians to ensure effective coordination and progress tracking.
- Design and implement Family Outreach events to educate parents on available clinical resources within their community.
- Participate in monthly collaboration meetings with Chelsea Public School to review student progress and address barriers.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or related field required, with licensure eligibility in Massachusetts (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Experience in providing home and community-based intervention services preferred, with clinical competencies in servicing immigrant populations.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking abilities are mandatory, along with a valid Mass driver's license and reliable vehicle.
