Job Summary

Phoenix Charter Academy is seeking an experienced Academic Achievement Coordinator to play a critical role in the academic success of our scholars.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a passion for working with bilingual students, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support the academic achievement of bilingual scholars.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure scholars receive the necessary resources and support.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teachers on effective instructional strategies for bilingual students.
  • Monitor scholar progress and implement interventions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in bilingual education and language acquisition.
