Job Summary

As a Data Integrity Technician at Thomas Memorial-HRIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient record images. Your responsibilities will include preparing, scanning, and reviewing scanned images, as well as identifying and addressing any deficiencies or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and scan patient record images in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of scanned images to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and address any deficiencies or discrepancies in patient record images.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless data management and quality control.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; completion of an approved medical terminology course preferred.
  • Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a Health Information Management Department or physician/medical office environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
