Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures and safely operate the equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MRI imaging equipment and technology.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiography or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in MRI, preferred.
  • ARRT certification in MR, required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify patient requirements.
