The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and safely operating MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering remarkable patient experiences in every dimension, every time. This includes:

  • Preparing patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Safely operating MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic scans
  • Collaborating with physicians to ensure accurate and effective care
  • Providing exceptional patient service and support


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred associate degree in a related field. Additionally, they will have a minimum of one year of experience in MRI, and be certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within six months of hire. They will also have thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, analytical ability, and basic computer skills, as well as good communication skills.
