Field Service Engineer 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer 2 to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and repair services for diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
