Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform internal teams and drive product innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
  • Contribute to the development of the Customer Success program and team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of database and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is $87,000-$172,000 USD. Compensation is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
