Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor at Brickyard Healthcare. As a vital member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing independent supervision of nursing care to residents in our nursing unit.

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be accountable for ensuring that high-quality nursing care is delivered, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care Delivery: Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Supervision: Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet resident needs and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Current RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and recent clinical experience or education in geriatrics.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain certifications as required by the state and institution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
