Job Title: Pediatric Care Coordinator

ECHO Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Phone Specialist/Float Nurse for our Pediatric and Prenatal Clinic located in Evansville, IN.

ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured, and homeless.
We currently employ over 150 dedicated team members who truly embrace the mission of serving and making a difference in the lives of others in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment.
We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full-time clinics.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
No Weekends or Evenings
13 Paid Holidays (but we don't work any of them)

Responsibilities:
The Phone Specialist is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate clinical team member. As a Float Nurse, you will serve as backup to the provider team to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care and to coordinate services for patients of all ages within an integrated healthcare delivery system.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Current Indiana LPN Nursing License or CMA Certification
  • EPIC: 1 year (preferred)
  • Pediatric clinical experience (preferred)
  • Spanish (preferred)

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
