Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

Resource Innovations is a leading energy transformation firm focused on impact. We're seeking Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialists to join our team and contribute to our mission of increasing efficiency, speed, and quality of application processing while providing an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customers
  • Enter data into various database applications with high accuracy
  • Compile, sort, interpret, and verify data to be entered
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems of applications, rebates, and supporting documents
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment
  • Safeguard confidential customer information
  • May provide peer training to co-workers and support other programs within the department as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
  • Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard
  • Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and customer-friendly outlook
