Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team As a key member of our Construction Management department, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and daily execution of high-density residential and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Support subcontractor requests for information (RFIs) and supply project submittals.
  • Ensure subcontractor contract compliance regarding information and material supply.
  • Prepare and distribute project meeting agendas, minutes, logs, and reports.

Preconstruction Services:

  • Log and distribute contract drawings.
  • Support job management system setup.
  • Prepare subcontractor scopes of work and bid packages.
  • Conduct constructability reviews of construction documentation.

Project Execution:

  • Develop site utilization plans.
  • Review and coordinate project safety and loss prevention programs.
  • Hold pre-work subcontractor orientation meetings.
  • Process submittal data and shop drawings.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of project engineer experience or construction-related trade experience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
