Contract Administration Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Draft, review, and negotiate services agreements, statements of works, clinical trial agreements, and related documents.
* Build relationships with other departments, including Law Department, to support objectives and responsibilities.
* Administer escalation procedures, prepare vendor correspondence, and maintain related records.
* Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract records, files, log, and reports.
* Participate and present at meetings with internal and external representatives.
**Requirements:**
* 3-6 years' related experience in CRO, pharma, or biotech industry.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Advanced degree a plus.
* Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and email applications.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Must be well-organized and able to work in a demanding environment.
* Experience and knowledge of contracts, proposals, and ability to interpret budgets and protocols.
