Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the Structural Heart business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote our structural heart products to healthcare professionals and hospitals, with a focus on increasing sales revenue and market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise to customers, including training and education on our products and technologies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and other documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cardiovascular sales, with a focus on structural heart disease.
  • Strong understanding of the structural heart market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, and electrophysiology.
  • Familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging technologies.
