Lead Process Safety Consultant

Core Group Resources is seeking a skilled Lead Process Safety Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our consultancy services, you will lead the delivery of process safety studies across various high-hazard industries, including Oil & Gas, Low Carbon, and Renewables.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement process safety strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process safety into design and operations.
- Analyze complex data to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in high-hazard industries, preferably Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and management.
- Proficiency in methodologies like Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), PHA facilitation, and bow tie analysis.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
