About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and other teams, to ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
