We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Safety Manager to join our team at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks across resort units
  • Develop and administer safety and wellness programs
  • Implement and maintain OSHA-required safety programs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or a related field
