Job Summary

Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Training Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the operations of our nuclear power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations personnel
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluations to ensure effective learning and retention
  • Maintain current knowledge of plant operations, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
  • Support the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects
Requirements
  • 6+ years of related industry experience or technical background
  • Associate's degree in science, engineering, or education/training, or Bachelor's degree in education/training with 2 years of teaching experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or education/training
  • 6+ years of nuclear power plant training experience
