Job Summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a skilled Nuclear Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations training team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality training programs for our nuclear operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for nuclear operations personnel
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct training evaluations and make recommendations for program improvements
  • Support the development of training materials and resources

Requirements
  • 6 years of related industry experience or technical background
  • Associate's degree in science, engineering, or education/training, or Bachelor's degree in education/training with 2 years of teaching experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or education/training
  • 6 years of nuclear power plant training experience
